Not sure why they never answer phones calls nor have they ever returned a phone call. I normally pay my insurance a week before it is due (I pay 6 months at a time) so I call to pay over the phone but no one ever returns my call. I’m in parking lot now to pay on the day it is due and it’s 9:18 and the sign on the door says closed but advertised hours of operation Mon-Fri 9-5. Wasting my time is not cool at all. Poor service
