I went by today to get a live scan done. Showed up without making an appointment and the guy who helped me was very nice and helped me out quickly. I was there for like 15 minutes max and we completed everything we needed to. I really appreciate how helpful he was. Definitely recommend coming here!!

I came here for fingerprinting services, and I made an appointment the day before for 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:30 to find the doors locked and no one inside the office. I waited until 5:00 and no one ever showed up or answered the phone. There was also a sign on the door that read, “Lunch every day from 2:15-4:15,” who takes a 2 hour lunch and doesn’t show back up to work? So very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

The man who conducted my livescan inputed my birth year wrong and it got rejected. When I called to get it straighten out he said it would charge him to redo it. He said he would not charge me when we did it over. However he did something that has kept my scan pe ding for over 4 weeks now. Thus place it not reliable and there business practices are not trustworthy. Be Careful!!!!

The Foreign black man who handle my livesvan put the information wrong causing my livescan to be rejected. So I called to get help and straighten it out. When we did it over he made it very clear that since it has to be redone the payment will now cost him, making it seem like it was my fault. He pretended to reprocess everything, but my livescan has been pending for over 3 weeks. I tried to call him about it and he act like he doesn't know. Please be careful using this company because it's not a reliable business and there practices are untrustworthy
