Gotta just love the way this crew works, 24/7 service and no hesitation to get ALL your appliances and equipment fired up and running. Candy running the office, HOT!!! Dave and Alex handling ALL the field, tank and repair side of the operation. What else could you ask for. No rush on the bill.

As provider was filling propane tanks he noticed one tank had incorrect gauge reading. Issue was resolved due to his quick response which could of otherwise presented a serious problem.

Thompson has had to be by far the best decision I made. I recently switched to this company because my previous propane company was straight robbing me. From the first I call I made to them to find out their prices, I was in. Lydia was very helpful and very courteous. I understand that prices in propane go up and down all the time but what suburban propane is doing is just crazy. I literally paid the same amount of money for a 250 gallon tank + it being filled and their delivery fee for the same amount that suburban wanted to charge me for 100 gallons. I recommend this place to anyone who’s trying to switch from any company. The installation process was quick and easy. Thank you Thompson

You have always given us very good service, for several years now. This is VERY appreciated, as such good service is rare. Each time I've called with a question or problem, I have gotten fast and courteous help. We really really appreciate that you had the recent promotion with the propane at $3.29 per gallon. So many businesses are raising their prices "just because they can", and you gave us a break! Also you always work with us on a good time to schedule and bring us propane when we need it.
