I would like to say how thankful my mom and I are for the help that Kristy at the SB Thinkwise extended to us on Friday. My mom is elderly and has had problems with accessing her account online and her debit card. Kristy was patient and kind with us. She took care of all of your requests! Thinkwise Credit Union is #1. They are friendly, helpful and caring. They have helped me in so many situations and always with kindness and understanding. I thank Chrstie for helping me when my mom passed away. It was a difficult time, but Christie was there with kind words. I will always be grateful. I thank Deborah, Monica, Teresa, my wonderful cashiers, the loan officers. Each one has been there for me far beyond their job requirements. And they ALWAYS greet me with a smile. I have banked at Thinkwise Credit Union for 35 years. Over these years I have moved to different communities and I have never opened a bank account anywhere else. The sole reason for this is their outstanding and professional staff. It is so refreshing to talk their staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For example, I recently needed help with a more complicated transaction and both Leslie and Deborah went above and beyond to assist me. They both were extremely patient, knowledgeable and guided me through the process. Within 2 days, the transaction was completed! If you are looking for a better alternative than the unfriendly corporate bank, you will be very pleased with Thinkwise Credit Union.

The staff at Thinkwise are the BEST! They are always so friendly and helpful. I've been banking with them for 24 years and I have never had a problem. They have the best rates for refinancing and for loans. Recently I was the victim of fraud and Kristy Sena and Bertin Castillo guided me through converting my accounts. Think wise credit union delivers a personal experience that ensures every member is valued as a person, not just a number. One staff person in particular Teresa, Went above and beyond to ensure our wire transfer for our home loan went through diligently. She went out of her way to answer all questions. Some I asked more than once. She also sent a confirmation to reassure me it went through. The communication was much appreciated! Bravo Thinkwise!!! Keep up the great work and the great staff.
