5 stars! Josh and Mario have been amazing during our process of moving to Tennessee. We were referred by a family friend and for good reason! Mario drove all over the Nashville area looking at homes and didn't make it seem like an inconvenience what so ever the entire time. He also had a very well thought out plan for how to combat each house in a time efficient way. Josh has been amazing with referrals and with logistics behind buying our home. I got here on friday afternoon, it is now the following monday night and I have we have found our home! We had such a wonderful experience with Josh Wright. We did not have an abundance to offer as home buyers, especially in this market, but Josh stuck with us for several months and several offers. Each time he would take the time to educate us thoroughly and make sure we knew what all of our options were. We are first home buyers and were clueless about the whole process. He also would work the offer in multiple different ways in hopes of getting us under contract.

Josh allowed us to have 7-day access to schedule home showings. One of his associates, Kency, often would show us homes. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
