I want everyone to know how AMAZING the staff is here!! Not only is the washroom the absolute cleanest laundry mat around but the woman, I think her name is Martha, goes ABOVE and BEYOND her job title duties!! This woman single handedly keeps the place spotless and very well maintained but they close at 9:00pm and if I'm late picking up my laundry she has on a few occasions now taken care of it for me at no extra charge and has stayed late to make sure I get my laundry!! I will be using this laundromat until they shut it down which hopefully is not anytime soon they definitely have my loyalty and my business for the long haul!!

I brought my dog bed to this laundromat to use one of their self-service machines. The bed was in perfect condition—no holes, no zipper issues—before the wash. Afterward, it was completely destroyed. When I brought this to the attention of Felicia Helms, the owner’s wife, she refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused by their machine. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.

These are the best laundromats I have been in. New, clean, attendant on duty who sanitizes machines after each use. Always go here to wash bedding and large loads. Also nicely air conditioned, free wifi, and you can charge your phone while you wait.

Electric doors, clean floors, shiny new machines and more! The WASHROOM stands out as the new standard to getting laundry done. They somehow figured out a way to turn a mundane task into something enjoyable. The blend of technology is refreshing yet the machines still accept quarters for those not too tech savvy which I appreciate. The walls are adorned with flat screen televisions and there’s a kids play are with connect four, art decor on the walls, hopscotch on the floor, and other activities to enjoy. The facility has clean restrooms and is staffed if you prefer to run errands while the laundry is going. There is also a drop off/pickup option along with home laundry delivery which is a great service option for those who are not able to travel due to injury or simply want a break from the repetitive task of laundry. The prices reflect the quality of service and loyalty pays its rewards. If you use the speed queen app you will receive bonuses for preloading your account at 25$ intervals. Overall this is the cleanest and newest trending laundry facility I have seen! They have three locations; 3115 Phoenix Ave, 3800 Kelly Hwy (both in Fort Smith), and a third location in Van Buren at 2803 Oak Lane. The staff are kind, educational and family oriented. ?

I've been using this laundry mat since it opened. Today was the worst experience I've ever had and was not treated like a decent human being! I wasn't even trying to argue and the lady was accusing me of having my clothes in the dryer for 2 hours when she literally watched me put my clothes in and the owner can even check the cameras and my time on my app that I was using. I do not understand why I got this treatment when the owner would never treat me like that! I am extremely disappointed in this experience.

By far one of the cleanest and most accessible laundry facilities in the state. From the drop off/pickup laundry service to the laundry wash and delivery to your home makes the WashRoom one of a kind in the industry. The working/reading stations available with charging ports for electronics allows customers to complete work tasks or read and is a place children could stay occupied while completing laundry. The restrooms are clean and there is even a designated kids play area! The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and welcome customers as family. There are three locations in the area and credits are able to be used at all three locations. If using the app you even get txt message notifications sent to your phone to let you know when there is 3 minutes left. The machines range in sizes to accommodate laundry loads all the way up to large family households.

This place is clean, the staff are friendly and the machines are well maintained. Not at any point was I worried about a machine not cleaning/drying things, or someone stealing my clothes when I wasn't looking!!!!
There's an app, there's a ton of choices to the cycles, and it's about the same price as you'd pay for a machine built in the 70's that usually doesn't work that the other laundromats have.

This place is a great place to do laundry prices are steep but it's very clean and well worth it they have hot water to wash your clothes in too
