I can not express enough how WONDERFUL the Vangaurd Firm entire Team is the most OUTSTANDING team to have on your side.
I was totally heartbroken thinking I could lose my forever home 🏡💔😢. From the beginning I was afraid and lost as to what I could do. I had no experience with remodifacation loan . All the paper work , if I didn't get the papers done right they could deny it and during me applying I could be foreclosed on . It was very overwhelming to say the least. At this point I was very much a skeptic 🤨. Then I spoke with the firm . I have had a few people with the firm help me through this journey. Jacqueline was my main point of contact for most of the journey and it was her I first spoke to so very doubtful and scared and her assurance was what I needed . This was the best decision I made to save my home. They worked with me on a payment plan and were there through all of the approval process, when approved they sat on the phone not once but twice on conference calls to my mortgage company going through all my questions about the remodifaction loan papers we were to sign

Contacted the Vanguard Firm for a home loan modification. The team there all have an impeccable communication style that puts you quickly at ease. Christian made a 3-way call with my mortgage company and everything was explained to them, very transparent. Danielle Silver helped us. She told us everything we needed to send in for the loan specialists to write the modification up. We got the information in right away - that is important. She told me we were working as a team and I could call or text her anytime and she would respond, which was true. In 3 months, we had a new loan modification written up, which saved our home and gave us a smaller payment. Thank you Vanguard Firm for your help. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to save their home.

There is so much l can say about The Vanguard Firm. They treat you like an extended family member. As you work with them they explain the process of saving your home. They also let you know to have patience it does take some time. You may hit a snag, along the way just hang in there.l wanted to give up they talked me out of it. We took out a Home Equity Line of Credit in 2007 with the intention of upgrading our home to sell. Property values were high and it was a sellers market. Within months the Great Recession of 2008 hit. We now owed more on our 1st mortgage and equity loan than the property was worth. Way more, and at an exorbitant interest rate of 10%. No one would refinance. Our equity loan was through HFC/Beneficial. They closed their offices in the US in 2009 and sold our loan to some obscure 3rd party. We attempted numerous times to get a loan modification to reduce the interest rate, which were and still are at record lows. Over the course of a year, 3 times we went through the motions, filling out extensive paper work, receiving a form letter that something was missing ( nothing was), resubmitting everything with recent bank statements etc. Each time we received an obvious form letter saying we had not replied in a timely matter and that we needed to re-apply. We quit making payments and hired The Vanguard Firm.
To make a very long story short, Charles O' Connor of The Vanguard Firm got our interest rate lowered and our payment reduced by over $200 a month and my credit rating restored.
My husband and myself are satisfied customers of The Vanguard Firm and would recommend them to anyone who has home loan financial issues that need resolution in a timely matter.

Approximately 4 to 5 months ago, we received a call from the Vanguard Firm with regards to lowering the monthly interest rate on our home. Now.to be perfectly honest I don’t usually answer or accept these types of solicitations. The lady asked us if we would be interested in remodifying our loan. She had one of the nicest professional voices so we decided to give her a chance to tell us about her firm and what they could try and do for us….no guarantees but needless to say she and her Management team got together and went to work for us. They worked everything out, never judgmental, always professional and very nice to us. If you’re ever in a bind please look them up on the internet and they will do their very best to help you!

Today we received our Loan Modification documents "signed by our Lender" and our first payment statement!
Such a relief to be over this nightmare!
We will definitely refer VLG and highly recommend Brian, Brandon and Jodie.
The term on our second mortgage was coming due and we had not the funds for the payoff.
We tried on our own to get the Mortgage Lender to extend or modify our loan. We complied with all their requests with applications, personal and business documents, only to be denied for various reasons .
We tried other resources including a reverse mortgage only to be turned down.
We were searching Google trying to find help with our situation, when we were contacted by Jodie with VLG.
Brian, Brandon and Jodie contacted our Mortgage Lender and we started the process for a loan modification. With their knowledge, guidance and negotiations, we were able to navigate our Lender to accept the Modification. (Extending our existing loan another 14 years).
The burden and heaviness of our situation was real and thanks to "Brian, Brandon and Jodie" we can finally relax and get back to life as usual.

Using Vanguard made the process easy and understandable. 'Basically send them all correspondence and emails and they will either walk you through it or respond themselves.

It made doing the process painless, as I didn't have to worry about all the intricacies and loopholes the lender used. Just follow their lead. They also made the fees easy to accomplish and not a barrier.
