In September, I contacted Tom to provide me a quote for bundled Auto and Home insurance on a new home purchase. After sending all the required info, Tom responded by sending me someone else's Auto Policy detailed quote, and then just never replied at all when I asked him why he sent me someone else's quote. Being an insurance broker seems to be incredibly low effort based job on my experiences. When any customer needs some specific help or policy setup, then it seems it's best for the broker to just ignore and move on to the next generic customer to maximize return on low investment.

Five stars for Tom! Excellent service: got me the right coverage for my new build condo insurance at a competitive price over a year ago. I shopped around but none of the other quotes were even close. Tom even helped me get my coverage reinstated this year when I forgot to renew my policy. Oops but thanks Tom!

Tom was great! I called him and it was down to the wire to renew Our homeowners in Houston...long story but he got great quotes and was very responsive and got it all done in time. Genuinely wants to help his clients and isn’t pushy like some insurance salesmen. Way better experience than we’ve had with past brokers. We highly recommend him.

Tom is a pleasure to work with. Aside from getting fantastic quotes, he is extremely available and informative.
