Leady was super friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a pay increase, due to a job promotion at work, and she explained to me how my annual pay affected the tax bracket I fell within for 2024. She made me feel like she wanted provide as much information and knowledge as possible to me rather than the common and usual, "This is what it is, and you're just going to have to accept it". I told her how I have dealt with different CPAs before, and how she has been the most welcoming and open to me.

Highly recommend to anyone from filing simple tax returns all the way to personal businesses. Leady is SUPER professional and concise with the work and craft that she does!
