This is by far the worst professional tax accounting firm I have ever encountered. They use outdated systems and protocols, are grossly unprofessional, have no clear processes, and lack communication. The staff, particularly Darlene and Deanna, seem incompetent. They made numerous errors on tax returns, which had to be corrected numerous times . If you don't want to be audited by the IRS, avoid this firm at all costs. I'm shocked they still have clients.

The experience with this firm has been deeply concerning, especially regarding tax filing. The frequent errors and unprofessional communication have been disheartening. Deanna's constant inaccuracies only added to the frustration. We will not be using their services again.

Their lack of attention to detail and the resulting errors have caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We value accuracy and professionalism in handling our financial matters, but this firm has failed to meet those expectations.

Overall, our experience has been disappointing, and we cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and competent tax assistance.

Dont do it here she tells you one price and she charges what ever she wants before they deposit to your account and i did not get my state refund and i called and they dont help you out they just tell u to call the state.
