Mike Sr. has been our agent for almost 20 years now, and I can't imagine ever switching companies. He has always been extremely responsive, helpful and understanding. He listens, and is always ready with great advice. He has come up with discounts for us that I would have never thought of and has given us above and beyond customer service. We have had several claims over the years with a pretty substantial one a couple of years ago with storm damage to both our home and vehicles. I was expecting to see a huge jump in our premiums, but the increase was barely noticeable. Erie is a fantastic policy holder. They have been very quick to act on claims and fulfilled our expectations regarding reimbursement amounts. On the rare occasion that Mike Sr. was not available, Mike Jr. just jumps right in like he has been your best friend for years and years. You don't feel like you are missing a beat when your agent is out of the office between Sr., Jr. and Katrina (who I cannot forget to rave about). Twice I have had to urgently get documents from the office and Katrina had them in my e-mail in under a minute. A great value, excellent customer service, and the friendliest group of people who genuinely care about your family's well-being. What more could you ask for?
