This is the second home we’ve sold with the Shaffer Real Estate Group, and both times have been an absolutely incredible experience! This team consistently goes above and beyond what we believe most agents are willing to do.

They helped us to clear out my aunt’s house, getting estimates. removing wallpaper, old carpet, and installing new flooring, lighting, and handles and detailing —all for a fraction of the cost we anticipated. We originally expected the home to sell around $385K, but after just one week of work and about a $5K investment, it sold for $60K more than we expected with a handful of offers!
