Every step in the process from listing, marketing, showings and negotiating were done in an unrushed, timely manner with everything thoroughly explained. Communication and follow up was phenomenal. In several instances I would be thinking of contacting Matthew with a question and with almost frightening coincidence I'd get a call or text from him on the very topic.
After this transaction, I wouldn't think to have anyone else represent me on either side of a real estate transaction.
