Tried to get insurance quote called them 5 days ago on a Friday Friday morning and they said they would call back and never did so I called Monday morning and they had two vin numbers pop up so I had to go home and get my number and then called Tuesday morning and the lady working on my quote isn't gonna be there today and they want me to do it leave a message on her voicemail and wait another day maybe even two for her to come back so one star for poor communication and fo it taking over 3 business days just to get a quote

Current auto policy holder. In accident 10 days ago that other party was at fault for. This company has told me nothing, and been nothing but rude, incompetent, and have thrown it in my face several times that we have "lawyer'd up", to cover our personal injuries...not our vehicle. Farm bureau, the at fault party insurance carrier who is paying everything has been kind, timely, effective, and i haven't heard a word about us being "lawyer'd up" from them. Happy shopping!!
