He was extremely detailed with the process and what to expect. After several showings of properties, we finally found the country property we wanted to purchase. We were able to negotiate on the property, and the ball started to roll pretty fast after that. We now are full time residents of Oklahoma and love our place, plus we also gained a friend at the same time.
