I had to come on here and give a 5 star review simply for how amazing Brooke is. I toured the Preserve earlier this week and not only was the line of communication top notch, but as soon as my family and I walked in, we felt welcomed. The grounds are very well kept, the amenities are amazing, the apartment was very spacious and felt super homey. All of the appliances are up to date, I can go on and on. These are true luxury apartments. Brooke was quick to answer any questions we had, she was extremely kind and was very thorough with the tour. Hoping my family and I get to call this place home and I would recommend these apartments to anyone just with my experience thus far!

I had a fantastic experience at The Preserve at Carteret Place. Moving in was a breeze. There were no hidden fees and the apartments were clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is great, and the staff is friendly. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly. I had no major issues here, and I would have stayed if I didn't have to move. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were among the first few residents to move into the complex, while the majority of the buildings were still under construction. We are coming up on signing our third lease and could not be happier with our experience at the Preserve. We were a little hesitant to go into an apartment to be honest, but we feel this absolutely was the right choice for our current life chapter. The apartments are clean, spacious, very modern, and beautiful. All of our friends and family compliment the space whenever they come over. We also love using the pool, fire place area, and gym. But overall, the best part about living here has been the staff. The maintenance staff is very timely and makes minor things needed here and there a literal breeze. Treasure, the manager, was the assistant when we first moved in and quickly moved up to the property management position because she is AMAZING! From literally day 1 moving in, she has anticipated every single tiny need we may have, or jumped to help with whatever we may need. She is attentive, kind, understanding, warm, and we genuinely feel she has made our experience here wonderful. When we do move and buy a house one day we will miss her and all of her help! We cannot say enough great things about this complex, you will NOT be disappointed!!

Recently, I signed my second year lease here and feel so blessed!! This is the sixth state I have lived in (and 5th rented in). Brown investments is the absolute best property management company from which I have ever experienced renting. The staff here are top-notch. They're professional, kind and never cease to impress! The same goes for the maintenance staff; Dave and Brad are wonderful. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel valued here so if you're looking for a community where it's peaceful and quiet but also beautiful and well maintained, look no further!!! I hope I will be able to continue to live here for many years to come. ❤️

I've lived at The Preserve for 6 months now and I love it more with each passing day! It is peaceful and laid back which is important to me. I love happy hour on my balcony and have met some awesome people who have become good friends. You can decorate your unit any way you like.
Even though there are 170+ units, it is never crowded at any of the many amenities.
The management/maintenance staff is very on top of things and reactive in a good way!

I would highly recommend The Preserve for anyone looking for a cool place to live in Carteret County!

I have lived here at The Preserve since October 2019 and as a retiree, I feel extremely safe any time night or day. The Management Team (Treasure, Annaliese, Brad & David, and the gentleman who drives the golf cart and makes sure the grounds look pristine) are always responsive to questions or need for some help, no matter how big or small. I have met some lovely people here and have enjoyed the Breakfast social, the Fire pit gatherings, taking walks around the grounds and using the pool. Nothing has been over-crowded and I am excited for everything to re-open. I have had absolutely ZERO issues with anything in my apartment.

I love living at The Preserve and my friends agree, I have made it my home.

I've been living here for almost a year. I really love it. Compared to other apartments in the area, it can't be beat. They are modern, with granite counter tops and an open floor plan. They are conveniently located in town. Plus the neighborhood is safe and quiet. One of the best things about the Preserve is the office staff. They are friendly, know residents by their name, and incredibly helpful. They really try their best to have an enjoyable community for their residents.

I have lived here at the Preserve for over a year and I absolutely love it here! I fell in love with the property when Treasure had first shown me. I love all that it has to offer and everyone here seems friendly. The office staff, Treasure and Analeise have always been great to me and so friendly! Brad in maintenance is awesome and I’m sorry I don’t know his name but the groundskeeper in the Golfcart does a great job keeping the place clean. I would recommend anyone to live here and enjoy!
