Terrible service. As a member of law enforcement, it’s embarrassing having organizations such as this credit union who claim they support law enforcement. Would not recommend banking here.

I went in for just a deposit and was helped by Erik. Im not a big “leave reviews” person, but Erik was so genuinely kind and so helpful I had to! I've been a member of SFPCU for decades. They have consistently provided superior member services. Recently I had the pleasure of working with SFPCU Representative, Ellen Lee. Ellen worked earnestly to meet my financial needs in a professional and timely manner. Ellen also provided excellent customer service through constant communication, knowledge and her impeccable attention to details making my complex transaction seamless.

It would be nice to have a branch in Marin County!
