Parnell made a classification error on my business insurance. What was quoted to me would have been around $600 annually. After a premium audit I was re classified and now the insurance company is charging me almost $6000! Parnell made the error and now I’m paying for it. Parnell has been difficult to deal with and they do not communicate very well. I would not trust them with my business insurance.
