Freddy has been nothing short of amazing! From the beginning he heard our urgent concerns and not only found us the home of our dreams, recognized our budget, advocated for great terms, and met all of our needs. I've been working with Freddy for a month now on my upcoming lease ending. His knowledge of not only the city, but also fair-renters law and rights is unmatched. We were looking to help our son out and buy a property in the Wicker Park area. Freddy and his staff were amazing, from the very beginning of the process and every step of the way he was extremely concerned about everything going smoothly. He helped us out in every aspect of the home buying process.
He constantly communicated with us, the lender, my lawyer and the seller's lawyer throughout the process all the way to the closing. He has been by far the best real estate agent my family has ever dealt with.
What makes him and his staff unique is their knowledge of the whole home buying process and not just the real estate agent part. His knowledge and wisdom from his experiences prove to be priceless from the negotiation to the closing. And to top it off he has a great personality, is a great listener and truly cares about the customer’s needs. I will use definitely use Freddy and his staff again!!!

Freddy is the best in the bizz. I had a short and very tight timeline to find the "perfect" place and I was ridden with anxiety and fear that I would have to settle due to timing. Not only did he help calm my nerves, set-up appointments day of, but I also found my dream apartment.
