I could not have asked for a better experience in the selling of my mother’s home in Sunnyvale. Dominic was on top of every step in getting the house prepared to put on the market (interior paint, exterior paint, electrical, wood damage, cleaning, landscaping, you name it). I didn’t need to do anything. He knew what areas needed to be addressed and what areas we could ignore. All of his suggestions for getting the house ready for sale were spot-on and produced multiple offers and a sales price way above asking, just as he said it would. His assistant Carla, kept me informed throughout the entire escrow process, and I was never unaware of what was happening. Selling a house is supposed to be stressful, but they made the entire experience so easy and stress-free that I’m still in amazement.
