Lauren Bremer and the Nichols Company are top tier! Lauren went above and beyond for me and my business partner in securing us a new location. Her communication, dedication to finding us the perfect space and tenacity were just what we needed in a realtor. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with brokers Hannah and Frank. Through no fault of Hannah or Frank, our lease negotiations were quite trying, yet they did not waver and remained incredibly proactive and diligent. I worked with Rusty Jacobs on a residential real estate transaction. I think it's fair to say that the deal might not have closed if Rusty had not been involved.
