Debe Maxwell and Scott Morrison are the best! We are repeat customers, and although we hope that we aren't moving again soon, would work with Debe and Scott again in a heartbeat. They helped us navigate through an extremely difficult closing on the sale of our previous home and kept as much stress off our plates as possible. I hope your transaction goes more smoothly than mine did, but am so glad we placed our trust in Debe and Scott to handle a tough situation. We purchased our first home in 2017 from across the country. We visited the area and contacted Debbie after we found a house we wanted. Meanwhile we were heading back to California so we never met Debbie. She handed everything for us from home inspections, coordinating with the lawyers getting documents signed, the works! Debbie made an unbelievably stressful event with buying our first home to a walk in the park. On a few occasions I have referred clients to Debe Maxwell when they were selling something in Charlotte... even one who called me about an area I didn't serve so I didn't work with the lady at all, but she later called me to tell me thanks for giving her Debe's name and number because she did a great job.
