This is by far the worst estate agent I've ever dealt with in 15 years! Shocking. I have enquired about a property over 100 times, been promised a call back 100 times not heard back once and I have called relentlessly and have got nowhere. After over a month, i've not even been able to organise a viewing.

Tried to organise a viewing with Alexander Vine. It took me three days, four calls to his secretary (he does not disclose his phone number), multiple emails before getting him to call me back and tell me the viewing would not take place. Very bad communication. If you want to sell your property, I'd suggest you try someone else.

Very unresponsive. I contacted them several times to arrange a viewing, and although someone from an affiliated agency reached out via WhatsApp promising to confirm availability, they completely ghosted me. Felt dodgy and unprofessional.
