Not one to give a review about insurance, I felt compelled to write this one. I have never spoken to an agent that wasn't trying to upsell me on everything. Not Brandie. She wanted to sell me what I needed and wanted. She listened to me. She stayed on the phone with me until we went over every detail and I fully understood each part of the coverage.

I know the proof of insurance is when you have to use it, but at least I know the people at the Lokey Agency are a cut above the rest.

Just get insurance on line- this company has No customer service, had an accident, they make you deal directly with the salvage yard and the real insurance company. This company is just here to collect payments. They are rude, disrespectful and very incompetent. Was informed by Insurance company a check was sent on the 3rd, but when call about it 13 days later told it was just sent and they have no control over the mail and refuse to overnight a check even though it has been close to a month. Faith lies at least in every conversation I had with her. Julia was unprofessional interrupting me, then when I asked her to let me finish, she said I needed to "calm down" I will pay a higher rate for a professional company. This company is definitely not professional in any aspect. When I called to speak to the owner to inform them of how unprofessional their staff was, I was hung up on, more than once.
