Liz always responded quickly and provided frequent updates during the negotiation process. She helped me understand what she was putting in the contract and why it was needed. She was very familiar with the main area I was looking to buy a house in and was able to let me know what an appropriate price for each house was. Our experience with Liz was really great. A little background, we always said when we downsized, we always wanted to move to Riva Ridge, and we wanted a unit with 1st floor bedroom.
