Real simple. I've known Shawn for at least 15 years. During that time, we've done multiple mortgages together. Some of them worked. Some of them did not. Each time (as you can imagine) I was managing many elements buying a home, like realtors, boxes, logistics, and every time the mortgage was the smoothest process by a long shot. Shawn has cultivated a very powerful and effective team that always seems to get that this process can be taxing. I can't imagine doing another mortgage and not having Shawn at the helm. If you need more proof, look up his socials. He's one of the kindest, most professional and genuine people I've ever met.
