I was a first time home- owner and Dina made the process smooth and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the areas I was looking, and was very helpful with pointing out plusses, as well as red flags, with each property and neighborhood. She listened to what I was looking for in a home, and helped me find properties that suited my style and budget. She made sure I felt confident and informed in my decisions when putting in an offer, and guided me through all of the steps of the buying process. I never felt pressured, or that I was inconveniencing her. Even though home buying can be stressful, Dina made sure things were straightforward, and that I was comfortable.
