His schpeal is to "avoid the drama," but in our experience, he created all the drama. Regularly, he put in the wrong paperwork, filled out paperwork incorrectly, put in paperwork past the due date... it went on and on and on. He delayed the sale of our home by over a month. With him as an agent, the sale of our home was a very tedious and frustrating process. It was as though this was his first time selling a house with no prior education. We had to rely on the buyer's agent to hold his hand through the whole process.
