My first experience and consultation was amazing. I stopped in to ask a few questions and Amy was extremely courteous and informative. Her customer service is what made me come back within the hour to begin my first consultation. Dr. Curtis treated me with kindness and care. His patience to explain the process and potential reasons for pain is what helped me make the decision to sign up for additional services. I walked out of the office with a better range of motion in my shoulder and overall less joint pain than when I had arrived.

I won't be coming back to this company they charged me for chiropractic care that never took place. They charged me $79 three times.. And I wasn't there never signed up for reciprocal debits from my account.Protect your credit card the company is still scamming me. Never signed up for For anything. Here is the update... since deducted the overcharges only upon this review and others are made online. It was not voluntary I had to force it. Not recommended. Plus when I did go they were unable to adjust me have a new chiropractor who has no problem.

Okay the owner agreed said I was inadvertently charged he would take care of it. I saw the charges come off my credit card. Another month has passed and guess what boom another $79 charge horrible place I have to keep fighting. I can't get this resolved I'll call three on your side TV. I will pick it in front of their office so that other people don't get harmed.

From the front desk to the back where I got adjusted was amazing. Customer service was a 10. Joanne is an amazing chiropractor and I have never felt better. She took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

My back was pretty messed up after doing some heavy lifting. This location was nearby and had good reviews so I stopped in without an appointment. As a new patient, they give you a tablet to fill out all the necessary forms to get you in the system. Unfortunately, the system is a bit clunky and cumbersome. It took several tries and about 30 minutes to get the system to accept all of my forms. Not really the thing you want to be dealing with while sitting there in pain. After that I was able to see a Dr. and get an adjustment. Two days later I returned for another adjustment and after 4-5 days, my pain had subsided. The receptionist and doctors at this location were polite and professional. Hopefully they work to streamline and improve the new patient registration process. I recommend this location.

I have the fortune to be taken care of by Dr.Curtis in the Maricopa Location. I walked in unable to take a deep breath and in excruciating pain in my back and ribs and Dr. Curtis was a God sent.
