Well have I got the Agent for you Kristen Dreisbach !!! Kristen is quite possibly the most detailed, multi tasking professional I have ever worked with. Her vast knowledge of LHC is so helpful and if she doesn’t have the answer to the many buyers questions she knows someone who does. In addition, she doesn't just drop you off at the curb even after You are in your new home she is still available with the same excellent service until your settled and ALL is done. Jacob was our realtor for our purchase of our new home in Kingman. We looked in Lake Havasu and Kingman and with Jacob's help we found the perfect home for us in Kingman. We gave Jacob a list of "must haves and no way" when we started. Every house he showed us went right along with our wishes. After the sale he lined us up with trades people that he trusted to do some work for us. The entire process was about as smooth as you could ask for. We would highly recommend Jacob if you are looking for a realtor in that area that knows the area. He does his homework before he shows a home. Best of all he listens to what you want NOT what he wants to unload or makes him the best commission.
