I had the pleasure of collaborating with Janine during my latest home purchase. This was my first experience selling and buying a home simultaneously, aiming to close on both properties on the same day. Not only did the Home Selling Team come in with the best listing package, but no time was wasted after listing. From a professional staging service to to high end photographs, videos and even drone pictures, the team aggressively started a strong marketing program.
