Michael was outstanding from start to finish as my wife and I purchased our first home. Walked through the entire process step-by-step in advance, kept us informed on all communications, and simplified things to make it really stress free. My family moved to Nevada from Chicago 3 years ago. We purchased our home and then decided to sell and build a new custom home. Over a 20-year span, we've purchased and sold over several properties. Eric not only sold our home, but he also sold it over asking price. His negotiating skills are top notch. He was not finished. He was there until the end. He accompanied the home inspector, he helped us to remedy any issues the buyer had, he even helped us to locate a rental to stay in until our new home is finished. The Gorton Group has been incredible with handling the purchase of my new home. Eric Gorton assisted us with selling and purchasing a new home again. This is our 7th transaction with him and again he did an excellent job. He is the best at negotiating the best possible purchase price. He was actively involved in being their to assist us the during the whole selling process.
