Scott Gingerich from The Gingerich Group is one of the best realtors out there. Not all realtors have a mind for details, regulations, and a caring for the needs of sellers, but especially buyers and Scott definitely gets 5 Stars for this! Trust me: You don't want to know after taking possession that your buying agent was just showing you homes for a commission and wasn't showing you homes best suited for your needs.

Scott was great to work with. Any questions or concerns were always answered quickly and I never felt as if I was bothering him. When small issues came up with the selling of my home. I never felt pressured in any way to handle the issue a certain way. I always felt Scott's opinions to be honest and what he felt was in the best interest of me when selling my home.
