This is the first time I have sold my home. When I called Brandon was who I connected with. Due to problems that were out of my control the process was put on pause. Brandon was very patient and long suffering. He would send me a text about once a month just checking. When things cleared up for me I got back in touch with Brandon. The whole process took less than a week to get to closing. Brandon surprised me with the combination of professionalism and empathy. He is certainly a valuable asset to FHB. What ever his rate of pay is it certainly is not enough. Thank you Brandon and FHB.

Called last week and I was told that I would get a call by the end of the day with an offer on my house. They never called back and ignored my text messages! I called today and was told that they didn’t call me back because it wasn’t a good fit for them! They don’t even have the common decency to call back people who are waiting to hear from them!
Be careful if you decide to work or try to work with this company! Horribly frustrating and rude!!!!!
