I was very pleased and completely blown away on how Dick Barr and his staff helped me get ready for the sale of my home this past May. My house sold in a one weekend Open House weekend!! Dick explained everything to me in terms and examples that I could understand! I would recommend Dick Barr Group for your reality needs. Side note when he heard I had just been diagnosed with cancer he and his group sent me special flower arrangement !!-cancer is gone!! Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about Dick and his entire team! We've known Dick for years, watching all the good he does for the neighborhood and community.
We haven't bought or sold a home with Dick because we've been living in the same house for years, but I wanted to say how awesome it was for him to rent a dumpster for the community to access free of charge. He did it as just one of the many ways he gives back to the community. We really appreciated it, and it was a huge help for us. I honestly don't know where he finds the time to do it all. Dick gave us realistic expectations for the sale of our house and gave us recommendations to maximize our potential offers. Dick brought us a buyer before the house was even listed and we were able to go under contract quickly at a price that exceeded our expectations. Dick handled all the major points of negotiation with the buyer and did a great job ensuring that things got done on time (inspections, surveys, appraisals, etc.). When my wife and I started thinking about purchasing our first home, Dick Barr was the very first person we had in mind to talk to. We were already familiar with his name and reputation as one of the top realtors in Lake County (not to mention he lives right across the street from my in-laws!).
