I can't really give a 100% honest review. I joined this Credit Union month or two ago. I have yet to be able to download the app to be able to access my account. I was told it was going to be fixed soon but months later it has yet to be fixed. At this rate I plan to just close the account because I cannot access anything.

I have just recently worked with the credit union for all, and they definitely live up to their name! They have been very helpful with everything I have asked of them. I wish I knew of them a long time ago ! If you are looking for a great environment and good honest people, this is the place!

Horrible company to deal with scammed me out of over 1000$ because they wasn’t listed as a lean holder for the first two month because I was unaware that the lien holder wasn’t listed I fixed the issue as soon as I became aware and still have to pay over 1000$ towards insurance that I already had nobody was willing to fix the issue and there was no manager to talk to I’ve been calling for 2 weeks and getting the run around so my payment is late they said it wouldn’t affect my credit but yet hit my credit for 100 pts while trying to resolve the issue Vicki was no help and cost my credit score to drop 100 pts thanks Vicki for ruining other peoples credit then call back forced to talk to financial to try and give me another loan what a joke Brooke then offered a 6 year refinancing like why would I pay u guys even more after u ripped me off no thanks Brooke u can have the 1000$ that’s it I’ll pass on ever doing any business with u again

I was wrong and they proved me wrong through actions not words.... A while ago, I posted a review because I didn't get what I wanted from this credit union but my problem is I wasn't patient enough to give him a chance to work things out. There is a group of people at this credit union that work nonstop to make things happen.

Usually a person will bank in their own town because of the convenience. This Credit union is worth the drive no matter where you live. Give them a chance to win you over like they did me.!!!!

I've been a member with The Credit Union for All (Mid-Illini Credit Union) for a few years now. I originally went to them as the dealership I purchased my vehicle from messed up the title documents and the bank I was with at the time would not work with the State of Illinois to get it corrected. I went to Mid-Illini based on a recommendation from someone in the area and not only did they get me in touch with someone who could get the title work corrected, they also got me into a new loan with much more favorable terms.

Recently I needed to reach out again due to a personal matter involving finances. They were able to work quickly and again worked magic. This allowed me to handle the personal matters quickly while also saving me money on a monthly basis. The team at this credit union are top notch and I will always recommend their services!

Greatly appreciate all the help from Keeley(SP) and VIcki (that handles the ACH payments). They helped me stop payment on a check that was not supposed to go through and made my life less stressful! They need a raise.
