Paul, Meredith and Kimberley have helped us buy/sell multiple homes over the years. We had a really good experience the first time so naturally we chose to engage them again and again. We really like their expertise and the way they make the whole process transparent. They are easy-going and patient. Before we bought our most recent house in 2018 we looked at 20+ houses over a period of 2 years before we found a house we liked. Last year we contacted them to sell our house. Unfortunately we had to postpone the sale for a year. When we were finally ready they picked it up where we left off. There were a lot of moving pieces. We are moving to the Caribbean and we had to take into account moving date, closing date and availability of funds for the house we were buying in Curacao, which was a bit stressful. They guided us through it, helped set a realistic price and marketed the house as “coming soon”. The result was that we got an offer the first day it was on the market and closed within 3 weeks. They negotiated that we could stay in the house for another 2 weeks after closing. We are grateful for their assistance and we highly recommend Paul, Meredith and Kimberley.

Meredith was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I communicated with her through email and she lined up the properties we were interested in buying as well as others that we had missed. Her knowledge of the area and her advice were so valuable. When we made the offer for the house she helped us on every detail. We live on the opposite coast, so the support we received was critical. Meredith and Kimberly were the best in making everything happen. Kimberly acted as my surrogate in many of the activities and did much better than I would have!! I give them the highest of recommendations and wish they could sell my house when the time comes.
