Hani Mudawar is easily the best realtor you could ever hope to work with. His passion for finding you the perfect home is something that others should strive to achieve. After a quick Google search for properties available in Orange County, I was led to his website thebrokeredge.com. Within an hour of creating an account, Hani reached out to introduce himself and see what I was looking for in a home. At the time, I wasn't ready to purchase, but Hani still took the time to guide me through the process of buying a home and what types were available in my price point. He explained the pros and cons to each one and didn't leave me feeling like I was wasting his time.

When it was time to buy, without any hesitation I knew that he was the obvious choice to work with. He continued to provide the best experience one could hope for during the entire process and has even checked in afterwards to make sure I was still happy in my new home. He spent hours looking at different properties and lined up as many viewings as I requested. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to choose one if I wasn't happy. When a property was listed in Claremont, he took the time on the weekend to make the drive and view it with me, and then again with my family.

Review for Yaz Haddad. Rude, unprofessional and difficult to work with. I've worked with many different realtors in the past but "Yaz" Yazen Haddad has been the most unprofessional and made things more complicated than they needed to be.
