My husband and I had wanted to buy a home for a couple of years, but as Canadians with Green Cards, our situation is a bit more complicated than most and we weren't confident that we'd find a realtor to help us navigate the market while keeping our long term goals in mind. When our friends found their perfect home (twice) with Jerrid, we thought he might just be the realtor for us. He was patient with our many questions and has several businesses that he partners with (from mortgage brokers to home inspectors) that make the process even easier.
