Words cannot express how much of a blessing Lisa was to our family. As new residents to Connecticut, and first home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Many real estate agents would seize an opportunity like this to take advantage of our naivete, but from our first meeting with Lisa we knew we had found someone truly special and who genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for us. Lisa was incredibly thorough. Through each step of the process, we always felt like we were working with one of our best friends, and at no point did we ever doubt her ability to help us through it. She responded promptly to every call, email and text message. We always knew that once we found the house of our dreams, Lisa would do everything in her power to get us into it. So when we did, we never worried about a potential bidding war, because Lisa gave us everything we needed to market our best selves to the sellers. Needless to say, we got our home and closed not too long after. Lisa is amazing, and hands down, the best in the business. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with her, don't hesitate to reach out. You will not be disappointed. We cannot thank Lisa enough for everything that she has done for us, and I highly recommend her 1,000x to absolutely anyone!

Lisa is the super bowl champion of real estate agents - she handled all aspects of a challenging sale with incredible efficiency and expertise. Neither overly optimistic or pessimistic when evaluating my older house with a unique layout on a heavily wooded lot, her pricing recommendations proved to be right on target in spite of few good comps and a difficult local market. She staged the property beautifully, created effective stat-of-the-art promotions, got them online practically overnight, and kept me informed of all the resulting activity. Lisa attracted the right buyer faster than I thought possible and handled twists and turns in the negotation perfectly to keep the deal on track and get it closed quickly. But highest praise goes to the way she went above and beyond to handle the issues that arose from the buyer's inspection. Both in getting a reasonable agreement on which items we'd resolve and finding cost-effective contractors to perform some major work immediately, she was outstanding. When necessary she brought in her partner Brian for his skills and support, and they got everything done on schedule for closing. I've worked with real estate agents from a half-dozen moves in the past, none compares to Lisa.
