We interviewed several agents when deciding to sell our Lake Columbia Home. We were looking for experience, invested interest in the local area, attention to detail, preparedness, and energy. When we met with Jenifer, she checked all of the boxes. We had known Jenifer from the neighborhood and St. Rita’s and truthfully, we didn’t expect to pick her above all others. Her energy and attention to detail in her presentation won us over.

Jenifer goes above and beyond to sell your home. She quickly became our friend. The sale didn’t go as fast as we would have liked and we had to do some price adjustments due to the market changes but she was always up forth and honest with us and guided us with her market knowledge. In the end, we ended up with the perfect match for buyers and are now settled into our next chapter.

Her open houses were amazing and she put effort into making them special for the potential buyers. She had food, drinks and music. We would have never imagined our home being showcased in such a grand manor. Her associates that helped with some of those open houses were outstanding.
