The BIG R.E.D School Pre-license class has been very beneficial in helping me prepare for taking the real estate licensing exam. The way that it is structured really helped me focus on key concepts and not focus so much on the book filling. J. Pat has set up a study program that really helped me learn what the test focuses on in a way I would not have thought to do on my own. Being able to come together as a class and compare answers and pages in which we found those answers helps to better understand concepts that may be difficult. I enjoy hearing real life scenarios from things that J. Pat has experienced in his career. It puts the concepts into perspective.

3 weeks prior, I knew absolutely nothing about Real Estate. I felt like the smallest, most unqualified fish in an ocean full of Hammer sharks and Great whites. As we pressed on in the course, with each class, I noticed myself becoming more and more confident in my knowledge of Real Estate. J. Pat cultivated an environment that motivates you to learn and retain more than you ever thought could be possible in a three week course. The study plan he presented on day 1 really helped me to grasp the content in a sure way. I knew by the end of my very first day that this class would be unlike any class I have ever been a part of before. His ability to engage each person in discussion and draw from real life experiences that help you better grasp the concepts in Real Estate is truly remarkable and refreshing. This class not only allowed me to expand exponentially in my knowledge of real estate but also motivated me outside the classroom to embrace taking a seat as a lifelong learner as a wife, mama, and colleague. You can learn from a person well into their 50s just as much as you can learn from a person not even old enough to consume an alcoholic beverage, legally! 10/10 recommend this class!!!

Going into this class I was very excited but extremely nervous, not being in a classroom environment in a very long time and not knowing what to expect. From the first day, J. Pat made it like a family gathered together instead of strangers.
