Very disappointed. I had higher expectations. Left several vm’s, multiple email requests and DM’d for our new home purchase and no one from this team bothered to respond. I even reached out directly to the principals and still, crickets from them and their team. Found a different agent in Dana Point and closed in 21 days. As a buyer, this was easy money to put in an agent’s pocket. Apparently, they don’t want to be bothered with our multi million dollar purchase and I will not bother with them again. The hype and effort they place on social media is not the end result you will receive from Team Altman. Buyer and seller beware.

i wish i could them a zero being trying since last febuary. but apparently josh altman and the reast of his . staff. dont return phone calls. i receive 2 emails. nothing else trying to find a home. but i guess. they dont want to be bothered. also when i ask . i still do not get anybody. he never returns phone calls or text.wow he says he is good at his job really. well if he is. he should returns calls .so i guess he not at all. he says.

Scum sucking leaches. Called the police to remove homeless people from outside their storefront. Despicable actions from low-life losers.

These guys need to learn how to be empathetic and show some love to their fellow citizens.

Would never use the services of such stuck-up douchebags.
