I had called 2-3x and each time they couldn't hear me so I got a little annoyed and left a review but they called and left a voicemail stating they were having some "technicalities" as the reason for not being able to hear me. I'm not sure if i believe it or not but the fact that right after I left a review they called with an explanation should count for something because it very well could've been some phone issues. Happens all the time so I changed the rating for the fact they tried reaching out.

Staff is nice but every time I come here, they only have a few job offers that pay 13 and hr. It’s 2025. No one can make it on 13 an hr. I was under the impression that there were several jobs. I’m about to give up here. I’m wasting time.

this company. They are very Poor management and poor communication with their employees or people who need to Renew there application. Those people who need to renew the application they should have been called and let them know stop wasting people's time They're not very good at calling people to let them know that they won't be doing renew till next year.

Just walked out the door. This place is an absolute joke, I would never accept a position with them. A complete waste of time with staff that's incredibly passive aggressive and frankly flat out annoying.

As soon as I stepped in the front and back offices the appearances of the decor were uplifting and clean.
The office attendant actually had a multi head charger available for my phone for any necessary information I would need for my application. Also, the same day as my application I was able to take my drug test, and get the results within minutes while waiting for my on-the-spot interview. I was told there are openings available in multiple cities surrounding the Asheboro area. There are also poplular restaurants near by that are affordable,

Assignment discontinued after 1 day.
Said they called but there was no record of them calling yesterday.
This concerns me because I would have driven back down there to work and had no idea.
On a whim I inquired as to whether they needed me to come back.

I told the staff member id give it a try even though I was injured.

The client has been through 6 people in two weeks. I'm sure there was something I did but that's alot folks.

The Agency is such a great company. They have helped myself and several people I know get a job within days. They are very capable and great at finding you a job that suits your needs. I am very thankful I ran across the Agency and will most certainly recommend them to anyone.

I was in need of a job asap..I decided to visit The Agency, I went in with a positive attitude, that they will find me a suitable job, My only interactions have been with Melissa and Meagan, they were both very nice..Once I completed the application, I met with Meagan, and she finds out what you have experience in, and goes over many opportunities for job placement, that I maybe interested in..You will not feel pressured to accept any opening, just to say you have a job, or they have fulfilled there requirements...that usually leads to a set up for failure.I was given a job offer the same day. If I left the job early for appointments ECT I always called letting them know. I like the fact they would call be 2-3 times a week, just letting me know of new opportunities. I will definitely refer anyone I find in need of a job..It is okay if you accept a position and later feel you are not suited there...let them know and they will find you something else..🙋‍♀️
