Highly recommend the Agency - specifically Anthony - for your rental needs! Anthony was absolutely amazing and got me my dream apartment under budget in less than 24 hours! The entire process was very smooth, easy, and quick. I’ve inquired a handful of times to Erika Mayas listing in New York City for the last few days. Not once did I get an email back from her or the team at The Agency and it was until I texted her that she called me (to which I couldn’t answer) and then continued to not respond to any additional questions I had. The lack of professionalism is astounding! Poor communications skills and can’t keep track of her listings I guess. Don’t expect a response from her if you see her on the listing.
