I had the pleasure of working with Tess on a recent transaction. I was very impressed with her level of communication and how well she represented her clients, a true advocate! Her clients were first time home-buyers but you would have never guessed it because she did an excellent job educating them about the home buying process. Tess came highly recommended and we immediately came to realize why. She is talented, professional, personable and intelligent. With her expertise, we were able to find and buy a home that met our needs and was within our budget-definitely not an easy feat in such a competitive market. Throughout the entire process, we felt confident that we were in good hands; she listened to our ideas and was able to give us helpful feedback and insight, showing a true understanding about the current market. We are first-time homebuyers and probably not the easiest real estate buyers for a realtor to work with. We had a (low-) set budget, and our taste in houses and neighborhoods is nontraditional. Nonetheless, Tess was incredibly patient, informative, generous, and nonjudgmental about the complex and often frustrating process of getting an offer accepted on a house in Oakland. When offers didn't get accepted, Tess helped us understand why, making us feel less disappointed. And she helped us find the most beautiful house and take us through the closing process absolutely seamlessly. Tess is also a simply lovely person. She is professional. She is well connected. She is incredibly respectful and polite to all parties, while still being a great and perceptive advocate for her buyers. She works seemingly nonstop -- I would get phone calls, emails, and texts back from her within minutes. She has a terrific sense of humor. When we closed on the house, I was a little sad to say goodbye to Tess because she's just that much of a pleasure to work with. I really couldn't recommend her more!

Tess has a tremendous network of resources to help with the process, saved us a ton of time. Tess represents more than just a realtor, she is a whole team of professionals to assist and advise a seller as how best to present your property and get the most for your house. She took good care of me and was always in touch and responsive to my needs. I was completely comfortable from start to finish, which didn't take very long. Tess Blengino helped my boyfriend and I sell 2 houses and buy 1 house together. The entire process took about 6 months. But everything happened on our planned schedule because Tess took the time to research everything. She was an excellent negotiator and also researched everything on any house we looked at to purchase. She also was very patient with us when we were getting our houses ready to sell.
