Having just survived Hurricane Helena I am not yet sure how Allstate will access our damage however in the past Allstate has processed two vehicle claims timely and completely (greater than the deductible $ amount). I stayed with Allstate over several decades because of the care one of Allstates agents gave me when I needed that empathy after my car was taken and then was in an accident. At the time I had little money as I worked and completed my Masters degree. My car was paid off and I could not afford a car payment to buy another car (difference between what blue book worth and new car). The agent worked with a repair shop and instead of totaling my car, found a way to repair it. I drove that car another 7 years 😄.

Since I found this water damage issue, Heather at the office had been very helpful and followed up with the process.
But I was not happy with this process took 10 weeks to complete.
Drying process was done at the middle of July and nothing happened until the end of August to restore the damage.
I and my 2 cats had to move to the quest room and used the second bathroom for this length of time was very frustrating.
I wish the local office had the list of services in the area which they can give to the clients when they need different services.
In my opinion, whole process shouldn't taken this long.

I was very happy with the results from Allstate They kept in touch with me and kept me informed about everything. They would call just to make sure that everything was going well. Also to make sure we were alright or if we needed anything else. They took care of all the damages and cleaned up all the saved items and our clothes, curtains everything else. I could not believe how much they did for us. I would recommend Allstate to anyone who needs good insurance.

I am very happy with the service I received from this office. I moved from VA to NC and needed to get my insurance cancelled from AllState in VA and get a new policy in NC. This is agency did a wonderful job which relieved alot of stress I was already feeling because I had to get a new driver's license and reregister my truck. All of it went smoothly and I even saved ALOT of money. I highly recommend this office for your insurance needs.

Terry is absolutely the best! We have worked with his agency since 2015 and the customer service is excellent. Terry has gone above and beyond in providing us with positive outcomes with several claims that we've had. He is hands on and truly cares about his clients. He makes a an effort to get to know his clients personally, so that you never feel just like a number. That's rare in this day and age. He also has a great staff that takes the time to give the best customer service possible. We will be life long clients of this agency.

A good Insurance Agency you never need to talk to, no problems, but a GREAT agency such as Cheek, steps up when issues arise. So when smeting comes up and you need a great team, the communication has been top notch and prompt. Excellent staff.
