Predatory practices.
Bought a new home 2 months ago and called about an attic inspection after having an animal up there. Most likely a squirrel.

Quoted me almost $12,000 for a supposed rat infestation.
Remove old insulation, install their special insulation, fix any holes, the works. Did NOT include any photos in proposal or "free inspection" report to provide proof of the activity. Ludicrous.

I got 2 other opinions from local exterminators and was told there was a SMALL amount of rat activity that was not recent and walked around and identified all holes that creatures could get in $325( Terminix quoted $500-800 for this).

We had 8+ people crawling all over that attic before we purchased the house and there was no urine, wood, or electrical damage caused by said rats.

Predatory practices and man knew I was pregnant with twins on the way in less than 4 weeks and tried to use scare tactics for a sale.

Never will use Terminix ever again. I'm so glad I got more opinions.

Cody came out here during the middle of a tornado watch and sever thunderstorm. He was prompt and professional!! He took care of our issue and is scheduling a termite technician asap. Great guy !!
