Sarah is well knowledgeable about the products she sells. Also takes her time to let the client fully digest and understand everything, and also brings to attention if, for some reason, she realizes that there's something one might have not captured. However some things are beyond her decisions i MUST say she is a to go to person

It is time for me to find a new home insurance because the current insurance company is reducing their business in NC and will not renew my policy. I had very good experience with Mr. Justin Wright who works for this agent. He was patient to explain the differences between different options, which helped me decide on the home and auto bundle, and was effiient in putting together the documents, etc. Overall, I was very happy with the service and of course the quotes as well.
