She's certainly done a fine job of destroying Third Street Promenade with her greed. She absolutely refuses to come down on her exorbitant rents, which is why you see retail spaces sitting vacant for years. The Promenade would be much better off if Barbara Tenzer retired. She's old and out of touch and clearly doesn't know what she's doing.
